 Guide for FRENZ user


You need to purchase a character in advance in order to make a room for another one. 

After the purchase, click (+) button on the home screen to create a new character.

Currently, trading characters within FRENZ app is not supported.
However, we support transmission of FRENZ NFTs via Playdapp's marketplace.

Importing FRENZ NFTs from external platforms will be upadated in the future.

Solana chain is currently used when FRENZ NFTs are transferred to external platforms.
Other chains will be added through updates in the future.

Currently, FRENZ pays for gas when exporting NFTs.
There is no need for the users to pay for gas.

You can check the list of the history of transmission on the screen of FRENZ App > MY > HISTORY.
If you click a certain character on the list, you can see the properties of the transferred NFT items
on the Playdapp webpage, as well as trading or minting them.

You need to sign up on Playdapp and connect your account with a Solana wallet.

FRENZ currently uses Solana chain when transferring NFTs to external platforms.
Please generate a Phantom or Sollet wallet to store Solana chain.
Please launch the Chrome browser.

[Phantom wallet]
1. Add Phantom extension to Chrome.
2. Run Phantom in Chrome.

(You can easily access to it by fixing 📌 it to the top bar.)
3. Select 'Create new wallet' and set a password.
4. (Important!) Keep the Secret Words in a safe place for recovery.
(You just created your wallet!)
4. Copy the wallet address and then paste it where you need it.

[Sollet wallet]
1. Add Sollet extension to Chrome.
2. Run Sollet in Chrome. 

(You can easily access to it by fixing 📌 it to the top bar.)
2. (Important!) Keep the Seed Words in a safe place.
3. Enter the Seed Words again and then set the password for the Sollet wallet.
(You just created your wallet!)
4. Copy the wallet address and then paste it where you need it.

Exporting NFTs in the FRENZ app refers to directly transferring the purchased NFTs to the blockchain network via crypto wallets to help you convert them as your digital assets.

🚨Caution🚨
When the NFTs are transferred to an external wallet (Export NFT), ownership is also transferred to the recipient. You will no longer be able to use inside the FRENZ App.

Did it take a long time for the NFT purchase to be completed?

If the payment screen on FRENZ app was on the background for more than a day, your character might have been taken by someone else.

If you fall under this case, we will cancel your payment.

Ownership can only be refunded for the following reasons.

1. Simultaneous multiple payments for the character of same combination
2. Payment by minors
3. Unidentified network error
4. Payment using someone else's account

If you inquire about a refund that is not listed in that store, please contact us(
cs@frenz.world) with your email address used to sign in to FRENZ and the order number from the store with the title of [Inquiry for a refund].

👆🏻 Please contact the customer service center of Apple and request a refund for your purchase.
Refunds cannot be made directly from FRENZ according to Apple's policy.😔

🚫 REFUND STRICTLY UNAVAILABLE 🚫
The refund for the characters already been USED is strictly restricted on FRENZ.
If your refund is finalized via App Store or Google Play store, you must return your rights on the validated unique character to FRENZ.
Characters that are not returned within the fixed period of 15 days from the date of refund will be forcibly returned to FRENZ, which may impose restrictions on the use of FRENZ services.

• After using characters for commercial purposes
• After transferring the NFTs for characters to the outside
• After transforming and using the characters intentionally
